What Testing Steps Are Conducted During The Production Process To Ensure The Quality Of These Products?
+Our company strictly implements the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure quality control throughout the entire production process. Specifically, it includes:1. We have a professional quality team responsible for IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).2. In the production workshop, products undergo testing with cable comprehensive testers, charging station comprehensive testers, and aging testers to ensure that all products are fully inspected before shipment.3. In the laboratory, additional tests such as temperature rise tests, aging tests, high and low-temperature tests, plug-in/out tests, and film thickness tests are conducted to ensure product quality. We randomly select products from the workshop for these tests.4. Our products are TUV certified and have obtained CE, UKCA, CB, and TUV mark certificates issued by TUV. -
